ABC is seeking a full-time Lead Teacher to join our team!

The lead teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, caregiving, and presenting age-appropriate activities for children.

• Develop and nurture children;

• Provide a safe, fun, and clean classroom environment.

• Encourage children’s participation by providing interactive activities.

• Follow and enforce internal rules, standards, and procedures.

• Comply with State and Federal legal obligations.

• Encourage the development of student self-control by role modeling techniques.

• Stimulate emotional, intellectual, and social growth of children with educational activities.

• Supervise children and maintain classroom ratios.

• Handle uncertainty maturely in a fast-paced environment.

• Easily adapt to changing priorities.

• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
